Songs bring strength and hope to the movements that change the world. The fights for the environment and social justice have a long tradition of collective singing.
This evenings program is dedicated to the “power of song” and is a tribute to the late, great folksinger Peter Seeger.
Saturday September 9th
6pm-7:30pm Film Screening: Pete Seeger: The Power of Song (93 mins)
8pm Re-Pete: A community sing-a-long concert celebrating positive changes to our lands, waters and people. Dedicated to the life and work of Pete Seeger.
10pm Special After-Party. Stay for a concert featuring Mark Lettieri (of Snarky Puppy) and Points North. This event is free for sing-along participants!
